Step #1: Send Thinnai foundation Invitation and Objective letter to Government Schools / Colleges Head Masters,Teachers,Staffs and Principals and request them to Introduce the socially, economically, educational downtrodden students who need our Service.Responsibility : Volunteers
Step #2:Request Self - Handwritten Request form to Thinnai foundation from future Beneficiary with Reference letter of Government Schools / Colleges Head Masters / Principals.1. Handwritten Request Letter address to Thinnai Foundation .2. Recent Passport Size Photo3. Current highest education4. Family Income certificate - Not mandatory5. Reference letter from previous school Head Master or Staff.Responsibility : Beneficiary
Step #3:Fill the Thinnai Foundation Beneficiary Registration form {Form No: TF001} with all required and latest passport size photo.Responsibility : Beneficiary/Volunteer
Step #4:Interact with Beneficiary and Evaluate the Beneficiary Registration form and submit the Evaluation Report {Form No: TF002} to foundation advisory board.Responsibility : Advisory Board /Volunteer
Step #5:Flow the other internal Thinnai foundation process and start supporting the beneficiary either financially or others ways. Responsibility : Advisory Board /Treasurer
Step #6:Frequently Monitor and Followup with our foundation beneficiary and enrich the lives,education of them.Responsibility : Volunteers Team Head
